<OtherAbstract Language="FA">The purpose of this study is to specify the capability of SWE and 3D models in reconstructing the instantaneous dam-break phenomenon. The numerical simulations implemented by a CFD software. The results showed that SWE model had lower accuracy, in reproducing the wave evolution and bed deformation, compared to the 3D model. Furthermore, the kinematic and dynamic properties of the dam-break wave affected by the initial conditions and bed characteristics.</OtherAbstract>
