In this regard, business intelligence is a continuous process through which the required information is made available to decision makers. Business intelligence enables the timely detection and interpretation of events related to a business. Accordingly, the main objective of this article is to describe and analyze the role of business intelligence with quality content and access to information in the application of information in the business process in the banking industry. To achieve this goal, five hypotheses were formulated and the required data were collected by 232 questionnaires that were distributed and collected among senior and middle managers of Melli, Mellat, Tejarat, and Keshavarzi banks located in Tehran after assessing their validity and reliability. Based on the assumptions of the structural equation model and with the help of SmartPLS software, the data were analyzed and the study hypotheses were tested. The results show that business intelligence has a positive relationship with the quality of information content, the quality of information access, and the application of information in the business process. توان رقابتی اساس بقای کسب وکار است و حفظ آن بیش از هر چیز نیازمند در دسترس بودن اطلاعات به روز و به هنگام بودن این اطلاعات است. در این راستا، هوش تجاری فرایندی است مداوم که از طریق آن اطلاعات مورد نیاز در اختیار تصمیم‌گیرندگان‌ قرار می گیرد. هوش تجاری امکان تشخیص و تفسیر بهنگام اتفاقات مرتبط با یک کسب وکار فراهم می کند. بر این اساس، هدف اصلی این مقاله تشریح و تحلیل نقش هوش تجاری با کیفیت محتوی و دسترسی اطلاعات در بکارگیری اطلاعات در فرایند کسب‌وکار در صنعت بانکداری است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، پنج فرضیه تدوین شده و داده های مورد نیاز توسط 232 پرسشنامه‌ ای که پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی میان مدیران ارشد و میانی بانک‌‌های ملی، ملت، تجارت و کشاورزی مستقر در شهر تهران توزیع و گردآوری شد. بر پایه مفروضات روش معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس داده‌‌‌‌‌‌ها تحلیل و فرضیه‌‌‌‌های مطالعه آزمون شدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که هوش تجاری رابطه مثبتی با کیفیت محتوی اطلاعات، کیفیت دسترسی اطلاعات و بکارگیری اطلاعات در فرایند کسب‌وکار دارد. /downloadfilepdf/14778
