What is the basis of performance in an organization is educated and knowledgeable individuals who have the wisdom and ability to convert ideas into goods, products, and services, because the basis of productivity in an organization is productivity of thought and ideas. The importance of productivity is not hidden from anyone, given the expansion of the level of competition, the complexity of technology, the speed of information exchange, and the diversity of tastes. Today, productivity and efficiency have a valuable place among managers, and everyone is in search of greater efficiency and greater effectiveness, and their efforts are also made in this direction to ensure the stability of the organization in a competitive world. The aim of this research is to investigate the existence of a relationship between knowledge management factors and financial performance, which was implemented in Saderat Bank. Accordingly, a sample was taken and a questionnaire was distributed among this sample to collect opinions. Then, considering the normal distribution of the collected data, the Pearson test was used to determine correlations and relationships. In this regard, it was concluded that there is a relationship between all hypotheses and all of them were confirmed. Finally, suggestions were made to strengthen the connections. در هر سازمان عملکرد از جمله سازوکارهایی است که پیوسته باید مورد توجه و نظر سازمان باشد، زیرا در بهره وری مزیت رقابتی حاصل می شود. آنچه در سازمان اساس عملکرد است، افراد فرهیخته و دانش آفرین است که درایت و توان تبدیل فکر به کالا و محصول و خدمت را دارند، زیرا اساس بهره وری در سازمان، بهره وری از فکر و اندیشه است. اهمیت بهره وری با توجه به گسترش سطح رقابت، پیچیدگی فناوری، سرعت تبادل اطلاعات و تنوع سلیقه ها بر کسی پوشیده نیست. امروزه بهره وری و کارایی جایگاه ارزشمندی نزد مدیران دارد و همه در جستجوی کارایی بیشتر و اثربخشی فزون ترند و تلاش آنان نیز در همین راستا شکل می گیرد تا ثبات سازمان را در دنیای پر رقابت تضمین کنند. در این تحقیق هدف بررسی وجود رابطه میان عوامل مدیریت دانش و عملکرد مالی می باشد که در بانک صادرات اجرا شد. بر این اساس تمونه گیری انجام شده و پرسشنامه میان این نمونه تویع شد تا نظرات جمع آوری گردد. سپس با توجه به نرمال بودن توزیع داده های جمع آوری شده، از آزمون پیرسون جهت تعیین همبستگی ها و رابطه استفاده شد. در این خصوص نتیجه گیری شد که رابطه میان تمام فرضیه ها وجود دارد و همگی تأیید شدند. در نهایت جهت تقویت ارتباطات، پیشنهاداتی ارائه شد. /downloadfilepdf/15322
