These problems make the need for experienced and professionally qualified project managers more evident than ever. Project management, as a multidimensional field of knowledge, includes the application of principles, methods, skills, and specialized tools to achieve project goals within the framework of time, cost, and quality. In this regard, project management competency standards have been developed as a valid reference for measuring the capabilities of project managers. These standards not only define technical competencies, but also behavioral, leadership, and strategic skills of project managers. The present study was conducted to investigate the essential competencies of project managers in the construction industry. صنعت ساخت‌وساز به‌عنوان یکی از بخش‌های کلیدی در توسعه اقتصادی، همواره با چالش‌های متعددی از جمله فقدان استانداردهای یکپارچه، بهره‌وری پایین و کیفیت نامطلوب محصولات در مقایسه با صنایع تولیدی روبه‌رو بوده است. این مشکلات، لزوم به‌کارگیری مدیران پروژه مجرب و دارای صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای را بیش از پیش آشکار می‌سازد. مدیریت پروژه به‌عنوان یک حوزه دانشی چندبعدی، شامل به‌کارگیری اصول، روش‌ها، مهارت‌ها و ابزارهای تخصصی برای دستیابی به اهداف پروژه در چارچوب زمان، هزینه و کیفیت تعیین‌ شده است. در این راستا، استانداردهای شایستگی مدیریت پروژه به‌عنوان مرجعی معتبر برای سنجش توانمندی‌های مدیران پروژه تدوین شده‌اند. این استانداردها نه‌ تنها به تعریف شایستگی‌های فنی، بلکه به مهارت‌های رفتاری، رهبری و استراتژیک مدیران پروژه نیز می‌پردازند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی صلاحیت‌های ضروری مدیران پروژه در صنعت ساخت‌وساز انجام شده است. /downloadfilepdf/16883
