For this purpose, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the success of implementing management information systems with respect to the organizational structure in the municipalities of Khuzestan Province. The statistical population of this research includes all employees and managers of the municipalities of Khuzestan Province, which were 695 people according to statistics. From these people, a sample of 248 people was selected using the Cochran formula using a proportional stratified sampling method. The present study is applied in terms of its research purpose and descriptive in terms of the method of data collection, of the correlation type. Also, in this research, a standard questionnaire for evaluating information systems based on the Delon and McLean model was used to collect data. SPSS and AMOS software and path analysis model were used to analyze the data, and the results indicated that there is a significant relationship between information quality, system quality, and service quality using management information systems. The results of the study also showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between information quality, system quality, and service quality with satisfaction with information systems. The results of the study also indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of management information systems and user satisfaction with organizational structure. با توجه به هزینه ‌بر بودن سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت و وضعیت مالی سازمان‌ها و از سوی دیگر اجتناب‌ناپذیر بودن بهره‌گیری از فناوری اطلاعات و سیستم‌ های اطلاعاتی، سازمان های ما باید با آگاهی کامل در این راه قدم بردارند و با بررسی اثربخشی این سیستم ها و بازنگری مجدد در آنها بتوانند باعث بهبود کیفیت اطلاعات تولید شده در سازمان شده و در نهایت وجود این سیستم ها باعث ایجاد ارزش افزوده در شرکت شود، بدین منظور این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت اجرای سیستم های اطلاعاتی مدیریت با توجه به ساختار سازمانی در شهرداری های استان خوزستان انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان و مدیران شهرداری های استان خوزستان می باشد که بر اساس آمار 695 نفر بودند. از بین این افراد به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای متناسب، نمونه‌ای به تعداد 248 نفر طبق فرمول کوکران انتخاب گردید. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف تحقیق، کاربردی و از لحاظ نحوه جمع آوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. همچنین در این پژوهش برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد ارزیابی سیستم های اطلاعاتی بر اساس مدل دلون و مکلین استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS و مدل تحلیل مسیر استفاده گردید که نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین کیفیت اطلاعات، کیفیت سیستم ها و کیفیت خدمات با استفاده از سیستم های اطلاعاتی مدیریت رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین کیفیت اطلاعات ، کیفیت سیستم، کیفیت خدمات با رضایت از سیستم های اطلاعاتی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج رگرسیون پژوهش نیز حاکی از آن است که بین استفاده از سیستم های اطلاعاتی مدیریت و رضایت کاربر با ساختار سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. /downloadfilepdf/17150
