The statistical population of this study is companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The sample size was obtained using the Cochran formula of 60. In order to measure the improvement of managers' decision-making, a decision-making quality questionnaire was also used. This questionnaire includes seven dimensions of decision-making quality (decision-making accuracy, decision-making precision, decision-making timeliness, decision-making economy, decision-making ease, decision-making security, and decision-making follow-up) and was developed by Akhbarizadeh (2015). To measure the qualitative characteristics of the information system, the standard information system questionnaire of Dastgir and Ghalibi (2010) was used. This questionnaire has 13 items and its purpose is to measure the qualitative characteristics of the information system. In the inferential analysis section, the effect between the research variables was measured using a regression test with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between the qualitative characteristics of the information system and improved decision-making, and their correlation coefficient is 0.665. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی نقش سیستم اطلاعات بر بهبود کیفیت تصمیم گیری مدیران شرکت های فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می باشند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 60 به دست آمد. به منظور سنجش میزان بهبود تصمیم گیری مدیران نیز از پرسشنامه کیفیت تصمیم گیری استفاده شد. این پرسشنامه شامل هفت بعد کیفیت تصمیم گیری( صحت تصمیم گیری، دقت تصمیم گیری، بهنگام بودن تصمیم گیری، اقتصادی بودن تصمیم گیری، سهولت تصمیم گیری، امنیت تصمیم گیری، پیگیری تصمیم گیری) می‌باشد که توسط اخباری زاده (1394) ساخته شده است. برای سنجش ویژگی های کیفی سیستم اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استاندارد سیستم اطلاعات دستگیر و غالبی(1389)، استفاده شد. این پرسشنامه دارای 13 گویه می باشد و هدف آن سنجش ویژگی‌های کیفی سیستم اطلاعات است. در بخش تجزیه‌وتحلیل استنباطی نیز با کمک نرم‌افزار spss، اثر بین متغیرهای تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون سنجیده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از وجود رابطه بین ویژگی های کیفی سیستم اطلاعات و بهبود تصمیم‌گیری می‌باشد و ضریب همبستگی آن‌ها برابر 665/0 است. /downloadfilepdf/17860
