The main goal of this technology is to penetrate information technology in all stages of an organization or business activity so that different resources can provide an integrated output through logical exchanges between themselves. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the enterprise resource planning system on organizational performance in the CES consortium for the construction of the Bushehr Petrochemical Complex. The main variables include: management support, organizational structure, information sharing, organizational culture, process improvement, and employee satisfaction for the enterprise resource planning system. Data were collected through a questionnaire and distributed among employees who had direct contact with the ERP system (IFS software). The findings of this study confirmed the positive and significant impact of ERP on productivity. سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمانی (Enterprise Resource Planning) و یا به‌اختصار ERP شامل طیف وسیعی از فعالیت‌ها می‌شود که از طریق سامان دادن تمام داده‌ها و فرآیندهای یک سازمان در یک راهکار واحد و با ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی منظم، پیوسته و دقیق به بهبود عملکرد سازمان منجر می‌شود. هدف اصلی این فناوری‌، نفوذ‌ فناوری اطلاعات در تمامی مراحل فعالیت‌های یک سازمان یا بنگاه اقتصادی است تا منابع مختلف بتوانند با تبادلات منطقی‌ میان‌ خود‌، خروجی یکپارچه‌ای را ارایه کنند. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی تاثیر سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمان بر عملکرد سازمانی در کنسرسیوم CES به منظور احداث مجتمع پتروشیمی بوشهر می باشد.متغیرهای اساسی شامل: حمایت مدیریت، ساختار سازمانی، به اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات، فرهنگ سازمانی، بهبود فرایند، رضایت کارکنان برای سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمانی شناسایی شدند. داده ها از طریق پرسش نامه و توزیع آنها بین کارکنانی که با سیستم ERP (نرم افزار IFS) ارتباط مستقیم داشتند جمع آوری گردید. یافته های حاصل از این بررسی تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار ERP بر بهره وری را تایید کرد. /downloadfilepdf/19693
